Timeline of project and sequencing of the work packages

WP1. MANAGEMENT

The management is a transversal activity to guarantee the effective development of the project.
The activities of this WP are:

  • coordination of the project activities;
  • constitution of the Steering Committee;
  • financial monitoring;
  • kick-off meeting in Italy.

The coordination group is responsible for financial coordination and he works in close contact with the partners in order to enable efficient financial management of the operation.

WP2. CREATION OF TRANSFER CONDITIONS

The aim of this WP is the creation of transfer conditions of the two project products “I can...I cannot...I go!” and “Young Entrepreneur”.
The activities of this WP are:

  • Planning of the background documents: translation of the two "basic" products (EN);
  • Elaboration of a Common Action Plan review about the local actions and stakeholders engagement;
  • I° Partnership meeting: Technical Committee;

WP3. ADAPTATION

The activities of this WP are:

  • Implementation of a new e-platform hosting the training path (Young Entrepreneurs) and the guidance tool (I can ... I cannot ... I go!).
  • Peer-review of the training modules and the guidance path, with the implementation of modules/contents about cooperatives and other subjects targeted to the specific contexts of partners’ organizations.
  • Translation in all national languages of the partnership and in English.
  • Design of a “user guide” for the testing phase realization.
  • 2° Partnership meeting: Technical Committee (internal validation of the tools).
  • National Laboratories creation (panel of educators/counselors/mentors) to adapt the tools for the national testing.

WP4. TESTING

The activities of this WP are:

  • Selection in each country of the target groups to engage in the testing: students, trainers/coaches/counselors, and business associations/enterprises (mentors).

WP6. VALORISATION & EXPLOITATION

The main objectives of this WP are:

  • Planning the process of valorization and transfer in each partner country.
  • Organization of Public Workshops at local level in order to evaluate the learning process feedbacks from teachers/trainers/guidance counselors and students and to award the best 3 business plan ideas developed during this stage.
  • On-line publication of the Train the Trainers package: programme, didactic supports and users’ guide (in all languages).

WP7. QUALITY ASSURANCE

The main objectives of this WP are:

  • Design of monitoring and evaluating tools for the shared evaluation of the results and the outcomes produced by the project (during the kick-off meeting with all the partners).
  •  Achievement of monitoring and evaluation sessions of the project (Steering Committee) during the 4 partnership meetings (Support for the drafting of the Reports, Progress and Final, (12th and 24th month).

WP8. DISSEMINATION

The dissemination activities reflect all measures and activities, which are agreed between the partners for the dissemination of the project outcomes and results to the respective stakeholders. 

The main objectives of this WP are:

  • Definition of a dissemination Plan to promote the active involvement of stakeholders
  • Development of a project Website.
  • Production of information and promotional materials.
  • Realization of a Final Event to present and share with a wider audience the project results
